| Not sure if the Board realizes but there is something definitely wrong with the steam room. I've used several times and I look fwd to it when it works but more often then not, it's broken.
I happened to be there one day when a serviceman was working on it. He said all he can do is change the mother board which he had done twice already, until they get around to changing the transformer. It's not getting enough juice and the mother board will continue to short circuit. He says changing the mother board is a simply matter of replacing it with one of higher capacity so that the steamer gets the power it needs. He says it would be a lot cheaper than having him come every 4-5 days, which is as long as the motherboard will last. |

| I agree. I have the same experience with the steam room. In addition to that, the steam room smells very strange inside. Please have someone to follow this up. Thank you |

| Looks like Santa fixed the steam room just in time for Christmas. It's been working for almost a week. To have it work 2 weeks in a row is the big test.
I just wonder who arranged to fix it. We seem unable to contact the Board, building management says it isn't their issue since there is a BOD,. Oh well, steam from heaven, best to just be thankful and enjoy.

| | I think its just the grout. Afterall it the steam room hasn't really been working for some time. The smell seems to have gone away. |
