Keeping hydrated is critical during a hard workout What a Face . May I suggest installing a water cooler in the gym area so that people don't have to leave and fill up their water bottles from the taps in the changerooms. Thanks.

I agree as long as there are no paper cups. People can bring their own water bottles. The last thing we need is to be creating three more bags of garbage everyday.

Also, there needs to be a white board for signing up for the cardio machines with a 30 min limit. There are some serious cardio hogs on the cross-trainers. One guy's on there for an hour, prime time, every night.

Quick comment: It would be appreciated if the hand sanitizer was re-filled in the gym area. It's been empty for at least 3 weeks now (unless it is filled everyday and used up by 5 pm). When handling so much sweaty equipment (other peoples' sweat, that is) it's nice to know the sanitizer is there at the end of a workout).

How about adding some extra cardio equipment seeing as how that one gym serves two buildings. Also my wife and I have had to wait while there are personal trainers with clients sometimes up to three at a time with the machines being used. It should be a personal facility for residents, not to train clients

I agreee we need more cardio equipment. A lot of the days even by 6:30am all of the machines are in use. I'm sure this will be worse in the winter months.
