about computers use in the business centre

Some can tell me why when I try to use the computers in the business centre they don't have any internet connession work and I cannot use them to find something on the web? Also all the time one o more than one don't ever have the mouse. Who did take them away? We pay for this service and we cannot use them. The Board can answer at this problem, if they check this Centre message?
