$100 fees to use the party room - why ?

Are you aware that there is a $100 charge for the party room usage & that money goes to the Builder not to the condo fees account so that one is assured that it will be used for the upkeep of the building.

This is ridiculous & insane.

Any views?

agree. We should start collecting questions and concerns like this and ask the BODs/management for answers.

besides the BOD, do we have a owners'/residents' committee?

As afar as I know we don't have one yet but it is a great Idea. We should form one so that BOD's & management also have a check point.

Do you have any suggestions how to start one.
