| | Now that the Pinnacle Sales Centre has it's own paved visitor parking lot, they should give up the reserved spots they've got at 16 Yonge so we can have permit guest/visitor parking spots. |

| When is this going to happen?
I think it is a big ridiculous that there is no visitors parking or should I say visitors parking that is free. I thought that that was expectation and must be for the building?
I've posted another thread under parking spots.
please review that as well |

| | And watch out for the parking attendants. I swear they must get a commission for nailing people without permits. |

| I love living in this building, the amenities in and around the neighbour is fantastic;however, my only concern and seems to me to most residence living here is the issue with visitor parking. It truly unheard of. Almost every condo projects I've visited or lived in had FREE visitor parking. Even a small building that I had lived in previously had some parking to accomodate vistors. To all fairness, I was told before I moved here that there would be no free visitor parking, but now they have the new parking spaces available at the entrance, why can't they be available for visitors. Any input from the board of directors would be appreciated since they seem to be non-existent in this message board. I mean isn't this the reason why this web site was set up so that we can communicate with the board of directors to see what is going on in the community??? |

| Well over a hundred spots are available at any given time in the underground public paid parking, 15 spots are allocated to the Sales centre on the main level, 20 spots are allocated on the main level for residents of 12 Yonge, (go figure) 30% of the above ground parking is unused, yet the building can't figure out a way to provide a few visitor spots for 16 Yonge.
I also find it baffling as well that a section of this message board was evidently created for the Board of Directors, yet not a word from them. |

| if this continues there will be a point where no one is living in the Pinnacle Center. I wasent informed about the visitor parking before I moved in and now I feel as though I'm "screwed"
I DEFINITLY won't be recommending anyone move in here, untill the board of directors decides to do something about this.
I don't see what it is such a big deal to put up 10 spots for visitors....the world isn't going to freeze over. I don't think we are being demanding in asking for this. It is a reasonable and fair desire (desire which really is an expectation)
so as residents of this place, the million dollar question is WHAT CAN WE DO AS A GROUP?? |

| | Catch 24. It's the job of the Board of Directors. But you have to be an owner in this building to speak to them. Directors seem none existant on this issue. I'm buying too, but for this very reason, I will be buying at 18 Yonge |

| There are board of directors but they seem to covering for each other all the time & including the management office. I actually wonder that do they have any financial benifits of being a BOD ?
any view ?
BOD's are not seen or heard of in the building....
It is hilarious & ridiculous at the same time... |
