| It is a shame that few residents allow their visitors to enter the above ground parking area by opening the doors by their fobs & park in the empty spots not allocated yet.
I have had 2 incidents when a non resident has parked in my spot or at a place which is not a parking spot.
On notifying concierge, you get a reply " we will leave a warning message " but never that we will ticket the person or tow the vehicle.
How many vehicles are parked in the night around the drop off area in middle, atleast 3 to 4 every night.....no action from any one.....every one in the buidling is sleeping BOD's , management office & residents even.... |

| The residents who encourage this must lack any manners whatsoever - not to mention common sense - do they not realize that this is trespass?? Parking spaces are Private Property!
I have to say though, that when I notified the concierge about someone parked in my spot, they were very helpful - they gave me the number for the Toronto Parking Enforcement Office who were here within half an hour to tag and tow the unauthorized vehicle. The concierge also allowed me to park in the circle (without paying for parking) until my space was free.
I suggest that whoever finds an unathorized vehicle in their spot should be ruthless and have it towed. Otherwise these freeriders will never learn! |
