| I think the parking area is not safe. I had many times my parking spot occupied by a car doesn't allow to park. The last time ,a few day ago ,I had a big discussion with someone that parked in my spot.At the end he moved his car from my spot but the same day I found my car scratched with a spiky item .Is not a strange? I think so and where is the camera or the security that can tell me who was that person? We have to use the FOB to open the door for the resident parking and so how the people not resident can go in? Our building is safe? |

| someone parked in my spot today as well. got the car ticketed and towed immediately. Even though all this was done under in an hour it was a huge inconvenience.
When the parking officer came someone else had also come up with the same problem. The officer said he has been here 3 times today because people were parked in owned parking spots? And it happens everyday.
The problem here is the first 2 levels of visitor. With easy access for outsiders to come in these things will continue to happen. Management should at least put a notice on the second garage door stating that this is reserved spots for owners of the building and that there car will be towed.
Why are people so retarded to not realize that?? I wonder if my car will get keyed? If it does I will not take this situation lightly with management. |

| People park in my spot regularly.
I actually got a nasty note last week from a resident who thought that was her spot. I was nice and didn't tow her.. just left her a counter-note.
People need to verify they're in the right spot. It could be because landlords aren't communicating the right info to tenants. |

| Our Management office doesnt have any records interms of the people moving in or moving out, so if you want to find out that some one from the building by mistake parked in your spot..good luck with that..
I have had major issues with the other people parking in my parking spots on above ground parking. They were visitors & encouraged by resident to come up & park where ever they find a empty spot & a resident opened the door for them to go up the ramp.
Not sure whats up with this building as who ever I speak to about the issues in 16 Yonge, people laugh & say that BOD's & management both needs to change , not one...bcoz its not only Management office, it is also the BOD's who are responsible for the law & order, upkeep & cleaniness of the building.
God help us here as I dont want to sell & move... |
