I just recently moved into 16 Yonge and only now found out that there is NO VISITOR PARKING?? is that even allowed? That means that whenever we have guests over they must PAY for parking??

That's the main reason I plan to move from here. Check out 18 Yonge, lots of free visitor parking.

Yes....But 18 Yonge is alot cheaper and quality is cheaper.
