| Absotlutely criminal!! What's worst is that the Sales Centre has since opened another parking area, paved it andyet will still not give up the spots they have reserved on the main level.
The Board of Directors seem incapable or unwilling to do antyhing about it. |

| I think something needs to be done about this......I'm looking into it in great detail....I think it's ridiculous and I would have never moved into the place if I had known this.
I know that in the building if we get 15% signatures saying that visitor parking is an issue, the board of directors MUST hold a meeting and address the concern within 35days.
Such a great building, great location but I just don't get how they cannot have any parking for guests? That's the craziest thing I've EVER heard. |

| | I agree, each time we have guests over I pay the parking fee as I don't feel our guests should have to pay to see us. I can't afford to have anyone stay overnight or a weekend........ |

| Yesterday I was informed that the 25 visitor parking spots that we had available (for a fee) no longer exist.
It appears that we are back to square one with visitor parking again. What options do we have with visitor parking? I think we need some sort of solution so that our guest aren't paying a small fortune to visit. |

| What was the reason for not being available? I live at 12 yonge, and was hoping that parking spots would be soon available here as well.
The owner should give these spots for free instead of the condo corp buying them. I don't mind paying a residents fee for visitor parking, but I don't want my guests to pay the ridiculous event parking rates when they come to visit.. |

| I contacted the Management Company yesterday and this is the response I received: "The board decided to rent 25 parking spots for 3 months trial only, ending August 7/2007. I wasn't instructed to renew the agreement and as a result the parking agreement has been canceled. The corporation ended in a deficit by renting the parking spots and it is not efficient to do this again ....but this can be changed only by the board." |

| | I agree with this concern. I cannot understand why the owner of the unit has to pay for as visitor parking or the guest has to pay a lot of money for visiting us. So we cannot invite our guests. Is this right? I don't think so. and why nobody talk to us about this? When we will be able to talk with someone of the BOARD? Why the board NEVER tell to us about their decisions? I'm very very ungry ...... |
