| It is lack of demand from the residents at pinnacle, thats how I see it. None of the residents have time to highlight these issues to the management & follow up on them.
We all think some else should do the dirty business of complaining & follow up, but we forget that in the end we all end of paying up for the stupid mistakes/ mis management of the building & our condo fees will be going up again next year if not this coming year due to these rackless issues.
P3 - P5 are supposed to be only for the residents, not for the public. |

| Someone drove into the garage door.
The good news (as per management) is that this person was identified and they are going to pay for the damage themselves. So hopefully we won't be seeing "Garage Door Replacement" on our annual statements! |
