Board of Directors for 12 Yonge

Who are they?
How can they be reached?
Do they have any contact with Ellen?

I sent an email to the management office on June 19th 2008, outlining a few concerns. I asked that this email be forwarded to the Board of Directors. I have had no response whatsoever - and I am beginning to worry about whether there really is anyone there looking out for the interests of unit owners!

Dear Resident,

We all hear your frustrations & would suggest that you see Ellen in person in order to get the BOD's contact details.

I also assume that your Annual general meeting is coming up so prepare all your questions for that.

Hi Admin,

Unfortunately I cannot see Ellen in person because I am never home during her work hours.

I have called the management office to ask for the contact info for the Board, and I was told to send me email / letter to the management office and they would deliver it to the board. What a big fat lie!

i stand corrected - turns out ellen never received my emails, that is why i never got a response.

Do you know why Ellen never got your emails ? Pls share it with us so that we don't make the same mistake while sending emails to the Management office.

Patients helps, folks!

The manager collects all information and correspondance by residents, then presents it at a meeting she has with them ONCE A MONTH!
it's not like they sit down together everyday to discuss these issues.

In that case, the dates of these meetings should be made known so that one knows when to expect a response.

I agree that patience helps, but there is a limit as to how long one can be patient, and sometimes it just seems to take too long to get things done.

In response to admin's question on Mon Jul 21 2008 12:01 pm, I had the wrong email address - pinnacletwo@delcondo.com doesn't exist - don't know where I got it from.

So anyway I have spoken to Ellen since then, my concerns are going to be discussed at the next Board meeting and they will provide me with a response after that. So here I am...waiting patiently for that!
