			<description><![CDATA[Right in front of our lobby, some 20 or so bikes have been stolen.  The concierge saw one guy cutting cable locks of two bikes but not soon enough.  The guy rode off with both of them.  If you own a bike, better check that it is still therle.  Don't use cable locks cause these thieves walk around with cutters.  Report you stolen bike to management asap! <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_mad.gif" alt="Mad" longdesc="8" />]]></description>

			<description>PLEASE!! WE NEED THE ADMIN OFFICE TO OPTIMIZE THE SYNC OF THE ELEVATORS ON THE PINNACLE. IT IS UNBELIEVABLE HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR THE ELEVATORS TO COME TO THE FLOOR ESPECIALLY AT PEAK TIMES!!



ALTHOUGH PEAK TIMES AFFECT WAITING TIMES, ELEVATORS ARE NOT PROPERLY CONFIGURED AT THE PINNACLE IN ORDER TO OPTIMIZE WAITING TIMES.



ON A SIDE NOTE I HAVE NOTICED THAT TOO MANY PEOPLE CARRY KEYS FOR THE ELEVATORS AND THEY HOLD THEM IN THE FLOORS WHILE DOING EITHER MAINTENANCE OR JUST BECAUSE THEY  ...</description>

			<description><![CDATA[There were break in's in both towers are penthouse level units due to the negligence of the residents. We should not allow any one in the building untill we know them &amp; that is how the suspected intruder got into the building.

			<description><![CDATA[I've noticed on several occassions that the south side doors have been left ajar with a piece wood.  The doors to the stairwell which are usually locked and should provide additional security were also left ajar.

I don't know if the construction workers are doing this but this give access to the entire building.]]></description>
