I have had 2 incidents when a non resident has parked in my spot or at a place which is not a parking spot. On notifying concierge, you get a reply " we will leave a warning message " but never that we will ticket the person or tow the vehicle. How many vehicles are parked in the night around ... I had many times my parking spot occupied by a car doesn't allow to park. The last time ,a few day ago ,I had a big discussion with someone that parked in my spot.At the end he moved his car from my spot but the same day I found my car scratched with a spiky item .Is not a strange? I think so and where is the camera or the security that can tell me who was that person? We have to use the FOB to open the door for the resident parking and so how the people ... It obstructs access to a portion of the parking level. Why couldn't the handicapped parking spot be placed closer to the access door for the elevators at P3, why on the corner where cars access part of the underground garage. Makes absolutely no sense to me.
