It is a shame that few residents allow their visitors to enter the above ground parking area by opening the doors by their fobs & park in the empty spots not allocated yet.

I have had 2 incidents when a non resident has parked in my spot or at a place which is not a parking spot.

On notifying concierge, you get a reply " we will leave a warning message " but never that we will ticket the person or tow the vehicle.

How many vehicles are parked in the night around ...

I think the parking area is not safe. I had many times my parking spot occupied by a car doesn't allow to park. The last time ,a few day ago ,I had a big discussion with someone that parked in my spot.At the end he moved his car from my spot but the same day I found my car scratched with a spiky item .Is not a strange? I think so and where is the camera or the security that can tell me who was that person?

We have to use the FOB to open the door for the resident parking and so how the people ...

Now that the Pinnacle Sales Centre has it's own paved visitor parking lot, they should give up the reserved spots they've got at 16 Yonge so we can have permit guest/visitor parking spots.

RE: Handicapped Parking on P3-Level

I don't understand why handicapped parking was cordoned off with tickertape on P3 level. It obstructs access to a portion of the parking level. Why couldn't the handicapped parking spot be placed closer to the access door for the elevators at P3, why on the corner where cars access part of the underground garage. Makes absolutely no sense to me.
