PLEASE!! WE NEED THE ADMIN OFFICE TO OPTIMIZE THE SYNC OF THE ELEVATORS ON THE PINNACLE. IT IS UNBELIEVABLE HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR THE ELEVATORS TO COME TO THE FLOOR ESPECIALLY AT PEAK TIMES!!

ALTHOUGH PEAK TIMES AFFECT WAITING TIMES, ELEVATORS ARE NOT PROPERLY CONFIGURED AT THE PINNACLE IN ORDER TO OPTIMIZE WAITING TIMES.

ON A SIDE NOTE I HAVE NOTICED THAT TOO MANY PEOPLE CARRY KEYS FOR THE ELEVATORS AND THEY HOLD THEM IN THE FLOORS WHILE DOING EITHER MAINTENANCE OR JUST BECAUSE THEY ...

There has been no hot water since yesterday afternoon. This situation is totally unacceptable. I have never been a more badly managed building in my whole life. The elevator issue has never been satisfactorily resolved. The hot water problem is not an isolated case. It has happened many times before. I am totally livid. I have to get up in the morning and go to work. I need to be able to depend on hot water and elevator service. These services are essentials, not luxeries. Why does it take more ...

I would like to inform that everyone can use the swimming pool and fitness room withou having a FOB. All the door in front the business center and swimming pool and fitness area are able to open from outside. So if someone goes in the terrace through the door in front the business center, they can open from outside the other door and......

I think that we can open that door fron inside to outside but not from outside to inside, otherwise it's unneeded to use the FOB and this is unsafe.

Hi all,

I'm just wondering if anybody else has had the same problem as me with a leaky roof... I'm live on the 4th floor so I have the terrace on top of me. Over the past 3 weeks, my ceiling has been leaking through and I have called management and they keep telling me, "They're looking into it". It's unbelieveable that they can not address the situation immediately to alleviate the problem before it becomes a bigger problem.

Just wondering if anybody else had the same ...

Management of 16 Yonge is just simply awful. Any others agree?

A list of poor maintenance/management items includes but is not limited to:

1. Having access to only one plumber. How ridiculous is this? If the plumber is unavailable on a Sunday and residents have no hot water, would it not make sense to try calling a second plumber.

2. Brand new building and the elevators are already always problematic. Management or developer?

3. No available air conditioning despite ...

Not sure if you all know that on weekends when the whole building is at home & all the coomon areas are at their peak usage, we have cleaners working till noon only & after that building is in such a mess.

Every time I have visitors over, the lobby & elevators are in such a mess thats humiliating.

We should have cleaning services in the morning & evening on week days & whole day with long hours on weekends.

I have a problem with smokers on my floor. I am not a smoker, therefore, this REALLY bothers me. Once Friday rolls along, my suite smells like cigaratte smoke. I know some people smoke in their suites and that's fine, but you need to block your door somehow, so you only suffocate yourself or smoke on your balcony. I plan on getting pregnant in the near future, and if this is not taken care of, I'll have to move. This is unhealthy and dangerous for all people! Something needs to be done.
