There's a recycling chute? Whoops.. I've been putting my garbage down the first chute I see. I didn't realize there was a point to each chute.

They really need to distribute a FAQ sheet to every condo. The BBQ policy is a good example of people being clueless to the rules.

I didn't have a BBQ, but how are you supposed to know you're not supposed to have one if you're a renter?

The owner didn't give me anything.. in fact, she's never even seen the condo. I've been reporting issues with the condo to the builder myself.
