Is there a cost to booking those? How is it done? I've never even seen the theatre.

Second floor, just past the entrance to the men's change room. Just call or see the concierge and he'll pencil you in. Then at that time, go down and pick up the keys.

You don't pay, you already have.

Party room as well.

You will have to pay for party room where as it should be free to the residents...the best part of the whole deal is the money which you $100 goes to the builder not to the condo fees pot so that it is used in fo the upkeep of the buidling.
