I recently bought a new condo in the Pinnacle Centre, but have to pay rent at my old place until November 30, 2009. The landlord says if I can get someone else to take over the place, I don't have to pay. So I am willing to give you $300 cash if you find a friend to rent this unit to!

An update on this, due to 9 replies to my ads (on message boards, Kijiji, Craigslist etc.) there are 4 people who want to see the place. Given this demand, I am now only offering $200 incentive.

This is a great midtown location, very animal friendly and great for athletic people who like to jog. Its central location means you are close to the action of downtown, but far enoguh away you can get peace and quiet if you want it. Act quickly since this place will be gone within the next few days!
