All residents, please feel free to ADD to this TO DO list for the Property Management of Pinnacle Centre to bring it up to NORMAL living standards:

THINGS TO DO:
1. Fan Coil service setup for 16 Yonge (not sure about 12 Yonge Question )

2. Plants outside the building and on the terraces. (Fall is around the corner, DEL Management is Sleep )

3. Glass cleaning for the building.

4. Gymn maintainance.

5. Gymn DO's and DONT's (and not that apology of a note lying somewhere in the gymn by the current DEL Management).

6. All pictures in the elevator hallways in 12 & 16 Yonge to be present at all times. (MIA for months all together these days).

7. A well mannered, fully functional CONCIERGE, like we used to have before CONDOR came in. (What was the decision clincher for us to go for CONDOR vs all the other well establshed with perfect track records Concierge companies????)

8. 16 Yonge Carpet cleaning and maintainance.

9. ELEVATORS!! when will they WORK?? What is DEL MANAGEMENT doing about it? Will it take us another 10 years to get them sorted...

10. FIRE ALARMS!! FIRE ALARMS!! FIRE ALARMS!! FIRE ALARMS!!
Why are we having atleast 1 Fire Alarm if not more every week? We are not paying CONDO fees for this. Please read other posts on this website (pinnaclecentre.niceboard.com) for how much does it cost each time the FIRE DEPT pays us a VISIT.. Why is DEL Property Management not penalising the culprits? Why there are no meetings, no rules set up and no penalties declared from DEL Management to streamline our Fire Alarms???

If i have to choose between BAY Inc., and DEL, looking at DEL's fantastic performance in Pinnacle. I would bring back BAY Inc., in a blink...

ALL RESIDENTS OF 12 & 16 YONGE please ADD your list of things to this...

11. Fix the water fall fountain in the lobby

12. Fix the peeling wall paper around the elevator buttons (16 Yonge)

13. Fix the dented column in front of the sliding doors on Harbour Street

14. Fix the garage door leading to P3

15. Fix up the flowerbeds along Yonge St (outside Subway)

16. Remove yellow plastic signs that read “Caution – Floor is Wet” from lobby area when floors are dry

17. Secure our Parcel Receiving area within a confined room, not in a bird cage at the 12 Yonge garbage chute area.

18. Garbage cans should be place on every Garage Level – (for all Upper Garage Levels) – currently; there are 2 garbage cans per floor in the lower parking garage levels?

19. Garbage cans needs to be emptied – especially in P3. It’s foul there.

20. Pick up garbage around the complex and inside parking area

21. Have proper water temperature control in Jacuzzis – they are either too hot or too cold?

22. Fix the shower drainage next to the steam sauna

23. Remove the excess hair in and around pool area

24. Where is our HOBBY ROOM???

If you only KNEW!

"2. Plants outside the building and on the terraces. (Fall is around the corner, DEL Management is )" - THIS IS A WARRANTY ISSUE - THANK THE BUILDER FOR THE MESS!

"3. Glass cleaning for the building." - this was done only once del got here!

"8. 16 Yonge Carpet cleaning and maintainance" - BLACK OIL STAIN AND CARPET RESTORED TO ORIGINAL COLOUR only when del got here!

"9. ELEVATORS!! when will they WORK?? What is DEL MANAGEMENT doing about it? Will it take us another 10 years to get them sorted..." - This is a probelm since day 1 here, at least for 16 yonge, why blame Del? Ask our Board what THEY are doing????

11. Fix the water fall fountain in the lobby - ISN'T THIS DONE?

14. Fix the garage door leading to P3 - THIS IS DONE ALSO?

17. Secure our Parcel Receiving area within a confined room, not in a bird cage at the 12 Yonge garbage chute area. - WHY DIDNT THE BUILDERS PROVIDE THIS?

18. Garbage cans should be place on every Garage Level – (for all Upper Garage Levels) – currently; there are 2 garbage cans per floor in the lower parking garage levels? - ASK TEH PEOPLE WHO RUN THE COMMERCIAL PARKING LEVELS THAT! OUR FEES DON'T COVER THIS!

24. Where is our HOBBY ROOM??? - ASK BAY ST AND THE BUILDER!

BTW - does everyone know that Bay St management IS THE BUILDERS COMPANY???????????
