All residents, please feel free to ADD to this TO DO list for the Property Management of Pinnacle Centre to bring it up to NORMAL living standards:
THINGS TO DO:1. Fan Coil service setup for 16 Yonge (not sure about 12 Yonge

2. Plants outside the building and on the terraces. (Fall is around the corner, DEL Management is

)
3. Glass cleaning for the building.
4. Gymn maintainance.
5. Gymn DO's and DONT's (and not that apology of a note lying somewhere in the gymn by the current DEL Management).
6. All pictures in the elevator hallways in 12 & 16 Yonge to be present at all times. (MIA for months all together these days).
7. A well mannered, fully functional CONCIERGE, like we used to have before CONDOR came in. (What was the decision clincher for us to go for CONDOR vs all the other well establshed with perfect track records Concierge companies????)
8. 16 Yonge Carpet cleaning and maintainance.
9. ELEVATORS!! when will they WORK?? What is DEL MANAGEMENT doing about it? Will it take us another 10 years to get them sorted...
10. FIRE ALARMS!! FIRE ALARMS!! FIRE ALARMS!! FIRE ALARMS!!
Why are we having atleast 1 Fire Alarm if not more every week? We are not paying CONDO fees for this. Please read other posts on this website (pinnaclecentre.niceboard.com) for how much does it cost each time the FIRE DEPT pays us a VISIT.. Why is DEL Property Management not penalising the culprits? Why there are no meetings, no rules set up and no penalties declared from DEL Management to streamline our Fire Alarms???
If i have to choose between BAY Inc., and DEL, looking at DEL's fantastic performance in Pinnacle. I would bring back BAY Inc., in a blink...
