I would like to inform that everyone can use the swimming pool and fitness room withou having a FOB. All the door in front the business center and swimming pool and fitness area are able to open from outside.So if someone goes in the terrace through the door in front the business center, they can open from outside the other door and......
I think that we can open that door fron inside to outside but not from outside to inside, otherwise it's unneeded to use the FOB and this is unsafe.
What is the sense to use the FOB in this case?

And you know the Parking FOB opens all the doors that need the FOB(business centre,fitness area....) Why we have two FOB?

Also this building is getting worst than a College Campus!!!!!!
The people doesn't have respect to the other people that live in the building.

Where is the BOD that oblige to follow the building rules?
Who control that the people follow the rules and do something for our building?

I repeat our building after 1.5 year is looking as a old old building and is getting worst and worst?
