There has been no hot water since yesterday afternoon. This situation is totally unacceptable. I have never been a more badly managed building in my whole life. The elevator issue has never been satisfactorily resolved. The hot water problem is not an isolated case. It has happened many times before. I am totally livid. I have to get up in the morning and go to work. I need to be able to depend on hot water and elevator service. These services are essentials, not luxeries. Why does it take more than an afternoon or evening to fix a hot water problem. There have been nothing but headaches in this building, from visitor parking to general poor maintenance and other issues. I wish the management and who ever runs this building to get their act together.

The pool area, hot tubs, steam room and sauna are gettting pretty scuzzy these days too. Simply unsanitary and unhealthy.

The Board of Directors have been playing hide and seek since Day 1. They act like they don't care about these things at all

I wonder if these so-called BODs are really living in our building. They never answer our questions and never address our daily-basis issues. They only seem to care about the cost, cost, cost . . .

I will be the first one who kicks them out in the next election who joins me

I vote for getting rid of the BOD's & Bay Street Management.

I agree about BOD and I would like to know in person wha are they, becouse we didn't see anyone and also what's do they? Never they take care about our problems, the real problem that we have at the building.....rules, hot water, hot tub( never run properly), cleaning parking lot and much much more......when we will have the next meeting with all owner for the next election.... we have to think about new election very very carefully......

I totally agree.... I hate this building... Not only the management but people on my floor are too loud waiting for the elevators .. screaming at night in the hall way (ofcourse this is one time but still....) And today some nice neighbour on out floor put up a little notice about some lazy resident who left their entire boxes in the garbage chuting area but they didn't have the conscience to come back and correct it.. So guess what, the piles of boxes from ikea are still there...blocking the door.... I mean come on.. It's not like this is a univeristy residents... I can't believe people have no common sense.. I have tons to say about the management since day one when I moved here..but...I'll leave it for now..

I remember one Monday morning, we went the whole Sunday with no hot water, I barely got a shower in. I ususally go to the gym in the morning - went that morning and then went to take a bath.......YIKES.....it was freezzzzzzing.....I had to go to work without a shower.......how gross!!!

No hot water again...!!!!!!!!!!!!!
