I feel your pain, ANTONIO. I'm sure many of us feel the same.

But the problem right now is that no one knows who is responsible for what. So the problem cannot be directed to the right person and cannot be resolved efficiently.

Can any board of directors shed some lights here please!

I work in a building with approx 7 thousand people and 8 elevators and we never have a problem....let's do the math, that's 875 people per elevator. Pinnacle centre has approx 11 suites per floor, that's 440 suites - 2 per suite, that 880 people. We have 4 elevators - that's 220 per elevator.......something's wrong here....

I agree....we have a lot of problems in this building one very important is the elevators.....how much time we loose, waiting the elevators.....the admin office has an idea? Why nobody from the office try to take a look around the building and discover how many people dont' follow the regulations and rules and put a lot of staff not allowed to stay in the balconies or how many windows don't have white curtains? and many many other things. What are they doing?

Hi Guys, it semms I am not the only one frustrated by the bad management at 16 yonge. It is ridiculous that just after 1.5 years building already looks like a 10 year old badly managed one.

I have been trying to highlight all the common issues as a resident in the buidling but there seems to be no response from the preperty manager or Board of directors. Not sure what they are upto & what to the property office do other than collecting & managing the condo fees. They do not respond to calls or left messsages & any time you call , property manager is on Lunch.

I would like all of us to get together & form a commitee of our own to protect of interest & homes. Please feel free to contact me.

Lets take this issue & do some thing as I do not want to sell & move just because of bad management in the buidling.

I agree with you ,from a long time I thought that sould be a good idea to form a commitee of owner to protect our interest and homes. Where is the BOD? I wrote letters to all of them and nobody answered me and the office said to me:" don't worry they will take care of the building".....It was a joke!!!! Everyday is always worst. It's been a while since anyone has complained about how slow our elevators are. So I will update it. Why is it that every weekends comes around the elevators are freakin slow. I swear, it took me almost 15 minutes to get down to ground floor, because first it took almost five minutes to arrive at my floor and then along the way it stops at every floor to pick up people. Do they freakin shutdown three elevators on the weekends because that's what it feels like. I have no problems on the week days. Today(Saturday) it took me 10 minutes to get down and waited another 15 minutes going up. There was so many people lining up to get in on the ground floor that it looked like a freakin theatre line up. Freakin ridiculous! I've been to many condo buildings, this by far is the worst elevators I have experienced.

End of the month lockout for moves...

moves should be banned on weekends.

elevators should only be available for moving weekdays between 10am-4pm.

lol i think i should run for the BOD everbody would hate me for being to strict.

I guess it's been awhile since anyone has complained about our elevator problems well today was bad yet again. I know the notice said that one of the elevators was going on repair then why was all three shut today? There were people lined up today (yet again ) to get into only one working elevator. Honest to god, had to wait 20 minutes to get to my unit from ground! And this was during the afternoon. I couldn't imagine the line up during the evening rush hour!
